Accommodation

Promoest is the official travel agent for BNCM 2020 and provides special rates for accommodation. All reservations should be made directly via Promoest.

Rates are per room and per night and include breakfast and Italian VAT.

Rates do not include the city tax, transportation from/to the congress venue, other services not indicated above.
We strongly advise participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Rooms are subject to availability.

Important Note: There are a number of hotels close to BNCM Venue to suit a wide range of budgets.

Please be aware that some companies are contacting potential participants and trying to reserve hotel rooms for them – we would advise you to avoid scams by booking your accommodation directly by yourself or using our official PCO –Promoest.
